2. What data we process and why

This notice covers https://fieri.fi and https://hosting.fieri.fi. The websites have no contact form, customer accounts, or application database.

If you email us, we process the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and message, to respond to your enquiry and manage a possible customer or business relationship. Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps you request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or Fieri Oy's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing its business. Using the websites does not require you to provide personal data.

3. Web analytics

We use limited, cookieless web analytics in PostHog EU to understand and improve use of the websites. We do not use analytics for advertising, identifying visitors in the real world, or profiling.

We collect only predefined, minimised events and properties: page views from both websites and activations of Fieri Oy business links. Fieri Hosting records no click events. We do not send email addresses, telephone numbers, message contents, form values, referrer information, or URL query parameters to analytics.

Cookieless processing requires limited technical information, such as the browser user-agent and the IP address of the event request. The website hostname is retained as a limited event property. We do not connect analytics to a visitor's real-world identity or create person profiles. Processing is based on Fieri Oy's legitimate interest in developing and maintaining the websites. 4. Service providers and data transfers

PostHog EU processes the limited web analytics described above on behalf of Fieri Oy. Email correspondence is handled by authorised Fieri Oy personnel and the email-service provider to the extent needed to receive and handle messages. We do not sell personal data or disclose it for advertising.

PostHog's EU Cloud data is stored in Frankfurt. If personal data are transferred outside the EU or EEA, we use transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

5. Retention

We retain email correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the matter, maintain a possible customer relationship, or meet legal obligations and handle legal claims. Analytics-data retention follows the retention period configured for the PostHog project.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The websites use no analytics or advertising cookies. PostHog runs in cookieless mode and uses no persistent browser storage. We use no other browser-storage mechanism for tracking.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and, in some cases, data portability. To exercise your rights, contact info@fieri.fi.
